Spearmint Oil
Description
Spearmint Oil is a natural essential oil obtained by steam distillation of the flowering tops and leaves of Mentha spicata. It carries a sweet, mild, and refreshing aroma that differs from the sharper note of peppermint oil. While rich in carvone, it contains only small amounts of menthol, giving it a softer, herbaceous character. It can also be obtained from Mentha arvensis in limited quantities.
